2nd attemp at photogrammetry, this time I managed to bake normal map on the mesh, the topology is still really bad, that’s probably something I’ll be working on next. Around 70-80 pictures with my Google Pixel 2, and processed in MeshRoom. Decimated in Maya, baked in Substance Painter, now with around 40k vertices, fairly happy with the polycount.
