Real time - Villa Loft - Autocad + Twinmotion

I recently began a personal project to recreate the “Gaston Loft” in 3D visualization, starting with a 2D floor plan to establish a precise foundation for the modeling process.
The loft spans 100 m² and includes a storage area, a mezzanine bedroom upstairs, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room on the ground floor, as well as a private pool and garden.
The project features a steel structure, raw concrete, and natural wood, combining industrial elements with warmer materials.
The exposed structure is made of HEB steel beams and columns. All walls are crafted in polished concrete with a deliberately irregular texture.
